We look forward to hearing from you and playing at your event. Give us a call and tell us what you need, how long you want us to play and give us as much notice as possible. | The band first formed in 2000 after jamming together since 1998 with the original members as Gary, Don, Eric, George and JJ. Frank, the most recent bass player moved on to play full time with his church opening up the way for the new-bee, Scott to step in with his big mouth bass in 2006. Joining the band in 2007 with his super flat-picking guitar skills is Dale leaving way for JJ to spend more time on the Dobro adding that extra sound people have come to expect in bluegrass sounds today. Dale also happens to have a great Southern Gospel solo CD (10 tracks) available of all original songs he is most proud of. "Has the Cross Ever Crossed Your Mind" It is available for $15.00 by contacting Dale Blake directly at: Wait until you hear his powerful voice blending with this band, the Dry Fork Ramblers (other than Scott). Scott wanted to release his own CD but the record company heard his singing and insisted on the CD being listed as a Comedy, so he digressed. | The band has played for crowds ranging from several dozen to several thousand so no gig is too small or too big. We look forward to playing the pace you want for the crowd you have or just tell us the occasion and let us cater to the show and feed off the group, stand back and hang on! |
